Hello my name is Penny Marsh, author and moderator of Life’s A Beach Journal. I decided to start this blog to reach out to others for the purpose of telling my stories, sharing my thoughts on topics of life; and my experiences for enhancing our lives with more laughter, meaning & purpose. Surviving in a fast pace world, striving on a shoestring budget.
Life does not always deal me a bed of roses; there are many times in my life, I feel trapped in a cage of my own design. I was in battered relationships; taking its toll! At last it dawned on me that these obstacles I faced; were in my life for a purpose. I have learned by facing them head-on, getting past them will be a lesson learned. My experiences good and bad; molded me into the woman I am today; awakening the wise voice within stirring my life passions and heart’s desires.
I can be a Work Alcoholic! Lazy! Energetic! Procrastinator! Charming! Witty! Stubborn! And a real spitfire if the occasion arises! As a visionary I can see new beginnings, possibilities and potentials as I observe my thoughts and my visions for fulfilling my life’s dreams. It’s a constant battle knocking down all the brick walls popping up along my path; trying to prevent me from reaching the best results or keeping me confused in its web of entanglements.
I do not profess to be an expert at knowing all the answers, being a graduate of top honors from the “College of Hard Knocks”, has made me wiser, stronger, more confident, and outspoken; giving me the courage to stand up for what I believe in.
I see closed doors as openings to new choices and possibilities. Looking at life where voicing my opinions through creativity; making my voice stronger, my compassion deeper & my quest for justice more infinite.
